Xming with Putty

1. Download Xming X Server for Windows in http://sourceforge.net/projects/xming

2. Install Xming

3. Configure PuTTY
- Open PuTTY
- Go to Connection - SSH - X11
- Check Enable X11 forwarding
- Add localhost:0.0 to X display location

4. Execute Xming
5. Open Session with the previous configuration in PuTTY
6. Command kdiff3 to test Xming

7. To customize the font size of Xming Window, following the below.
Open “Properties” window of Xming shortcut.

Add the following statement.
-dpi 96 –ac -lesspointer
